Should you be unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, then you have 28 days to return it from the date it is posted out to you.
 
It needs to be returned in the same condition it was sent to you and complete with any additional items it came with such as chain, gift box etc in order to receive a full refund.

 

You are responsible for the safe return of the item, this includes the postage cost. Please ensure you return it by signed for or recorded delivery, as refunds will not be issued for items lost in the post.

 

Once the item is received, i will process your refund within 3-5 working days.

 

Refunds issued will exclude postage costs and i reserve the right to refund a payment if the item has been damaged or broken through mis-use.
