A beautiful solid piece of Whitby Jet inlaid with one of Whitby's famous ammonites which has been ground down to reveal the calcite of the inner chambers.
 
The diameter of the piece will be approximately 35mm.
 
The reverse side is left in its natural state which i feel adds character to the piece and shows how the Jet fossilised over millenia.
 
However the reverse can be polished and a name engraved into it to give it a more personal touch if required. Just drop me a line if you have any special requirements.
